COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Staff has worked diligently again this year to present a
balanced budget for the Council’s review. The City of Waukee is
proposing revenue totals of $92,918,517 and expenditures of
$95,670,489 for the FY2021 budget year. The City’s tax levy will be
reduced by $0.10 / per $1,000 to $13.30 / per $1,000 of taxable
valuation.
RECOMMENDATION: Hold the Public Hearing.
