NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FOR THE CITY OF WAUKEE
Notice is hereby given that the City of Waukee has submitted a recommended Capital
Improvement Program for fiscal years 2021-2025. Copies of the Capital Improvement
Program are on file at the office of City Clerk, Waukee City Hall, 230 W. Hickman Road,
Waukee. Notice is further given that the Waukee City Council will consider adoption of
the recommended Capital Improvement Program after a public hearing to be held at
5:30 p.m. on Monday, April 6, 2020. Due to public health concerns and guidance, in
accordance with Iowa Code Sections 21.4(1)(b) and 21.8, this meeting of the Waukee
City Council will be conducted electronically as holding the meeting in person is
impossible or impractical. However, the public is encouraged to access the meeting
electronically in the manner specified below.
