drawings for Ferree’s Addition Plat 3

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON:
The plan set includes improvements associated with the Waukee West Hickman Retail project.
The improvements include a short extension of Elm Street, water main extension, and a sanitary
service extension.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:

STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: All comments have been addressed
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2020-
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
FERREE’S ADDITION PLAT 3
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, construction drawings have been submitted to the City for Ferree’s Addition Plat 3;
AND,
WHEREAS, the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City staff,
and are found to be in general conformance with section §303 - Land Subdivision Ordinance of
the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 6th day of April, 2020 that the Construction Drawings for Ferree’s Addition Plat 3 be
approved.
