The project consists of replacement of the existing inductive loop detection at most of the existing City operated traffic signals with video and radar detection systems for detection flexibility associated with the upcoming traffic signal performance measures project. Hickman Rd., Waukee, IA 50263. Due to public health concerns related to COVID-19, this meeting of the City Council will be conducted electronically, pursuant to Iowa Code Section 21.8, as holding the meeting in person is impossible or impractical.
