SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 1 is for construction of a well
point at an existing manhole.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order increases the contract price in the amount of $1,940.00.
