SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Spring Lake Construction, LLC requested Payment
Estimate No. 1 for the work completed on the Kettlestone Sanitary Trunk
Sewer Project in the amount of $289,992.25. Veenstra & Kimm has
reviewed the payment estimate and recommends payment.
The partial payment is for pay period ending March 30, 2020 to May 1,
2020. Work completed for this pay estimate is for sanitary sewer in
place and manholes.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $289,992.25
