AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 8 (Final) to Ball Team
LLC., for the Westown Meadows Park Project in the amount of $7,739.00.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 8 to Ball Team LLC. is for final
earthwork and seeding of the site. The quantities completed to date have been
reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and Shive
Hattery.
Once seeding is fully established retainage will be released and the project
will be completed.

We have reviewed and recommend approval and payment in response to Pay Application #8 in the
amount of $7,739.00. The balance to finish on the project only includes retainage in the amount of
$32,944.00.
