SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 2 for the Community Entrance &
Placename Signage Project in the amount of $1,088.04 is the final pay
estimate minus retainage and includes final work to the sign located at City
Hall and the sign along University Avenue.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $1,088.04
