AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of a motion setting June 15, 2020 as the date of
public hearing on the vacation of a portion of a Storm Sewer Easement and a
Public Utility Easement [Indi Run Plat 3]
FORMAT: Motion
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The final plat was recently approved for Indi Run Plat 3.
As a part of the development of the subdivision, portions of existing
easements originally approved with Indi Run Plat 2 are no longer necessary
because the infrastructure located within the easements has been relocated to
new easement areas.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Staff would recommend approval of setting the public
hearing date for June 15, 2020 to discuss the vacation of the existing
easement.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the motion.
