public hearing on an ordinance to amend Chapter 303, Land Subdivision
Regulations for the City of Waukee, Iowa, by amending Section 303.156-
303.158, Development Impact on Community Facilities

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Staff is requesting additional time to complete the
proposed changes to the Parkland Dedication Ordinance before presenting to
the City Council for consideration.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:

STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Staff is recommending a public hearing be set for July 6,
2020.
RECOMMENDATION: Set the Public Hearing
