AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 4 to All Star Concrete, for
the Alice Nizzi Park Project in the amount of $17,432.50.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 4 to All Star Concrete is for
concrete paving of walking paths and grading. The quantities completed to
date have been reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City of Waukee
Staff, and RDG Planning and Design.
