AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 2 to All Star Concrete, for
the Glynn Village Park and Trail Amenity project in the amount of
$151,786.25.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 2 to All Star Concrete is for
playground equipment, concrete, and grading. The quantities completed to
date have been reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City of Waukee
Staff, and Genus Landscape Architects.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:

Dear Mr. Jermier:
Please find Construction Pay Application No. 2 in the amount of
$151,786.25 for the above-referenced project. The work
completed to date has been reviewed and agreed upon by the
contractor, City inspector and Genus. I hereby recommend that
the City of Waukee approve Construction Pay Application No. 2
as presented by All Star Concrete.
