Construction, LLC for the Transite Water Main Replacement – Phase 1
project increasing the contract price in the amount of $3,000.
FORMAT:Motion
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 1 is for the construction of 90
degree bends for the water main to cross 9th Street.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order increases the contract price in the amount of $3,000.
