SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Busy Bee Construction, LLC has requested a partial
pay estimate No. 4 for the Transite Water Main Replacement – Phase 1 project in the amount of
$164,240.04. Veenstra & Kimm has reviewed the payment estimate and recommends payment.
Pay Estimate No. 4 is for the period June 6, 2020 to July 3, 2020. Pay Estimate No. 4 is for
directionally bored water main and Change Order No. 1.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $164,240.04.
