FORMAT:Motion
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 1 is for the use of Type I seeding
in lieu of Type II and for changes in the grading plan for future use of the
site as a driving range.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order increases the contract price in the amount of $8,830.
