AGENDA ITEM: Public hearing on the annexation of consenting property by the City of
Waukee, Iowa [Castle Productions, LLC Property]
FORMAT: Public Hearing
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Staff has received a petition for property located on the
west side of Warrior Lane and north of Sahu Acres owned by Castle
Productions, LLC. The annexation includes approximately 9.75 acres.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: The proposed annexation is consistent with agreements
already in place with the City of Clive for annexation of properties along
Warrior Lane.
RECOMMENDATION: Hold the Public Hearing
