AGENDA ITEM: Public hearing on the annexation of consenting property by the City of
Waukee, Iowa [Crawford Property]
FORMAT: Public Hearing
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Staff has received a petition for property located on the
west side of Warrior Lane and north of Sahu Acres owned by Fred and Connie
Crawford. The annexation includes approximately 2 acres.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: The proposed annexation is consistent with agreements
already in place with the City of Clive for annexation of properties along
Warrior Lane.
RECOMMENDATION: Hold the Public Hearing
