STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City Staff has reviewed the public improvements for the
Alyvia Plat 1 and find it in general conformance with the standard specification for the City of
Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2020-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[ALYVIA PLAT 1]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Silo 9, LLC, of West Des Moines, IA, has completed the public
improvements associated with Alyvia Plat 1; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Alyvia Plat 1 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this project are
in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 8th day of September, 2020, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Alyvia Plat 1.
