SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Koester Construction has made progress on the Alice’s
Road Landscape Enhancements Project between Hickman Road and
University Avenue. Payment Estimate No. 1 includes payment for general
conditions, concrete work and bond costs.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $33,801.23
