AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of a resolution approving construction
drawings for Kettlestone Peak
FORMAT: Resolution
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON:
The plan set includes improvements associated with the Kettlestone Peak project. The
improvements include extensions of SE Pleasant View Drive and SE Glacier Trail. In addition,
water main, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer will be installed with the project.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: All comments have been addressed.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2020-
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
KETTLESTONE PEAK
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, construction drawings have been submitted to the City for Kettlestone Peak; AND,
WHEREAS, the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City staff,
and are found to be in general conformance with section §303 - Land Subdivision Ordinance of
the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 8th day of September, 2020 that the Construction Drawings for Kettlestone Peak be
approved.
