AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Change Order No. 1 to All Star Concrete, for the
Glynn Village Park and Trail Amenity Project increasing the contract in the
amount of $2,756.25.
FORMAT:Consent
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 1 to All Star Concrete, in the amount of
$2,756.25 is for contractor time searching for an existing drain pipe that was
on the plans but was not built per City records when the development was
constructed. The cost also includes the construction of a revised drainage
solution to drain the play area at the Trail Amenity. Representatives from
Genus Landscape Architects and City Staff have reviewed the quantities and
find them to be accurate.
