AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 5 to All Star Concrete, for
the Glynn Village Park and Trail Amenity project in the amount of
$94,518.59.
FORMAT:Consent
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 5 to All Star Concrete is for
concrete paving, benches, playground equipment, and site grading. The
quantities completed to date have been reviewed and agreed upon by the
contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and Genus Landscape Architects. The
playground installer has finished the South Park and anticipates finishing the
Trail Amenity by October 20th. Playground surfacing installation will begin
October 23rd and should be completed in 3-4 days.
