SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Koester Construction has made significant progress on the
Alice’s Road Landscape Enhancements Project between Hickman Road and
University Avenue. Payment Estimate No. 2 includes payment for median
work, landscaping and signage.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $174,684.05
