2020 ADA Sidewalk Improvement project in the amount of $37,421.26.

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: JT Concrete has requested a partial pay estimate No.
2 for the 2020 ADA Sidewalk Improvement project in the amount of $37,421.26. City Staff has
reviewed the payment estimate and recommends payment.
Pay Estimate No. 2 is for the period September 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020. Pay Estimate No.
2 is for excavation, topsoil, sod, and pavement markings.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $37,421.26.
