STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City Staff has reviewed the public improvements for the The
Shops at Kettlestone North Plat 1 and find it in general conformance with the standard specification
for the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2020-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[SHOPS AT KETTLESTONE NORTH PLAT 1]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Priority Excavating of Clive, IA, has completed the public improvements
associated with Shops at Kettlestone North Plat 1; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Shops at Kettlestone North Plat 1 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a
part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the
City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 19th day of October, 2020, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Shops at Kettlestone North Plat 1.
