AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 9 to Ball Team LLC for
the Waukee City Hall Improvements Project in the amount of $19,175.00
FORMAT: Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The proposed pay estimate accounts for the additional
work that was required to be completed within the two vestibules due to
deficiencies discovered during the original construction as well as some
plantings that were a part of the overall contract.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $19,175.00
