and is requesting release of retainage. Lien waivers have been received and all outstanding items have been
completed.

RELEASE OF RETAINAGE
We recommend release of retainage for the 2020 University Avenue Pavement Patching
Project by the City Council of the City of Waukee to Jasper Construction Services, Inc.
Retainage is in the amount of $6,935.11 as shown on Pay Estimate No. 1 (Final) dated
October 27, 2020.
