AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 2 to Larson Construction,
Co., Inc., for the Triumph Park Project in the amount of $453,424.64.
FORMAT:Consent
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 2 to Larson Construction, Co., Inc.,
is for general conditions, building foundations, structural steel framing,
underground plumbing, earthwork, fire hydrant assembly, dugout foundations,
and installation of site utilities. The quantities completed to date have been
reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and
Confluence.
