AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of release of retainage to Edge Commercial, LLC,
for the VFW North Wall Repair Project in the amount of $1,098.80
FORMAT: Motion
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The City entered into a contract with Edge Companies
LLC in June 2019 for some repair work to the north wall of the VFW building
located at 410 6th Street that is owned by the City. The project has been
completed for some time.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $1,098.80
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Staff is recommending that the remaining retainage for the
project in the amount of $1,098.80 be released.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the motion
