requesting release of retainage. Lien waivers have been received and all outstanding items have been
completed.

TRANSITE WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT – PHASE 1
RELEASE OF RETAINAGE
We recommend release of retainage for the Transite Water Main Replacement – Phase 1 by
the City Council of the City of Waukee to Busy Bee Construction, LLC. Retainage is in the
amount of $33,229.64 as shown on Pay Estimate No. 7 (Final) dated October 27, 2020.
