AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 7 to Concrete
Connections for the Waukee Dog Park and Trailhead Project in the amount of
$34,223.75.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 7 to Concrete Connections is for
Parking lot striping and Chain link fence and gates. Most of the punch list
items have been taken care of. The contractor is still waiting on the electrical
poles to arrive. The installation of the electrical poles should complete the
project. The quantities completed to date have been reviewed and agreed
upon by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and Confluence.
