THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 19-
APPROVING STREETLIGHT INSTALLATION AGREEMENT WITH
MIDAMERICAN ENERGY COMPANY [NE ALICE’S RD – WMIS 2668327]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee requested a proposal from MidAmerican Energy Company to
install streetlights as part of the Alice’s Road Corridor Project, SE Olson Drive to NE Horizon
Drive; AND,
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has reviewed the Streetlight Installation Agreement provided by
MidAmerican Energy Company and finds the agreement satisfactory.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council that the City of
Waukee hereby approves the Streetlight Installation Agreement with MidAmerican Energy
Company [NE Alice’s Rd – WMIS 2668327].
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 7th day of January,
2019.
