SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: OMG Midwest, d/b/a Des Moines Asphalt & Paving has
completed the project and is requesting release of retainage. All lien waivers have been received.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:$49,780.00.

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the release of retainage to OMG Midwest, d/b/a Des Moines Asphalt
