STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City Staff has reviewed public improvements for Kettlestone
Ridge Plat 3 and find it in general conformance with the standard specification
for the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 19-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[KETTLESTONE RIDGE PLAT 3]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Absolute Infrastructure of Grimes, IA, has completed the public
improvements associated with Kettlestone Ridge Plat 3; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Kettlestone Ridge Plat 3 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 21st day of January, 2019, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Kettlestone Ridge Plat 3.
