SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 1 to Air-Con Mechanical in the
amount of $1,310.00 is for the Library RTU Replacement Project that was
recently approved. The pay estimate relates to the cost of the bond fee
associated with the project.
