SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Casey’s Marketing has applied to convert their
current Class C Beer License to a Class E Liquor License at an existing
store.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire, and Development Services Departments
have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at
this time.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the liquor license.
