Home My WebLink About2019-03-18-J07 Stratford Crossing Plat 4_Revised CDs AGENDA ITEM: CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA CITY COUNCIL MEETING COMMUNICATION MEETING DATE: March 18, 2019 AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of a resolution approving revised construction drawings for Stratford Crossing Plat 4 FORMAT: Resolution SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The subject property is located north of Hickman Road and west of N. 10th Street. The public improvements associated with this plat include grading and sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water main extensions. Additionally, the applicant will construct extensions of three streets. Plat 4 includes ten (10) lots for light industrial development and one (1) lot for multi -family residential development. FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT: STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: At this time a majority of staff comments have been addressed and Staff is working with the applicant to get the last few comments addressed. Project Area Identification Map PREPARED BY: Andy Kass, Senior Planner REVIEWED BY: PUBLIC NOTICE INFORMATION – NAME OF PUBLICATION: DATE OF PUBLICATION: J7 THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA RESOLUTION 19- APPROVING THE REVISED CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR STRATFORD CROSSING PLAT 4 IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal Organization; AND, WHEREAS, revised construction plans have been submitted to the City for Stratford Crossing Plat 4; AND, WHEREAS, the revised construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City staff, and are found to be in general conformance with section §303 - Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on this 18th day of March, 2019 that the Revised Construction Drawings for Stratford Crossing Plat 4 be approved. ____________________________ William F.
