AGENDA ITEM: Public hearing on the vacation of a Temporary Storm Sewer and Detention
Easement [The Shops at Kettlestone North Plat 4]
FORMAT: Public Hearing
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: A temporary storm sewer and detention easement was put
into place as a part of the subdivision development with the intent that it
would be removed once development of the property occurred. With the
development of the buildings within the Kettleview area, the storm water has
now been revised and the temporary easement previously in place is no longer
necessary.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: In order to vacate a public easement, the City Council must
first discuss it as a part of a public hearing.
RECOMMENDATION: Hold the public hearing.
