Company for the Northwest Area Water Main Chloramination Project,
the change order increases the contract price by $3,888.00.

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The change order is for specification changes
required to obtain an Iowa Department of Natural Resources
Construction permit.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order increases the contract price by a total of $3,888.00.
