SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: It has been determined that an additional public utility
easement is required across the second high school site to facilitate an
electrical line to the school.

STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Staff would recommend approval of the resolution.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

RESOLUTION 19
APPROVING PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT [WAUKEE COMMUNITY SCHOOL
DISTRICT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Public Utility Easement is necessary for the purpose
of construction of the Waukee High School No. 2 Project; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
1st day of April 2019, that it hereby approves the Public Utility Easement for the Waukee High
School No. 2 Project
