SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 1 to Air-Con Mechanical in the
amount of $54,756.10 is for the Library RTU Replacement Project that was
recently approved. The pay estimate relates to the cost of the new rooftop unit
and condensing unit equipment.

I have reviewed March’s application for payment from Air-Con Mechanical for the
Waukee Public Library RTU Replacement project.
Modus recommends accepting the amount of $54,756.10 submitted by Air-Con
Mechanical Corporation for payment of the new rooftop unit and condensing unit
equipment.
