COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Shive Hattery, the consultant on the project, provided a
presentation and update during the City Council worksession on April 8,
2019. Both a horizontal designed sign and a vertical designed sign were
presented during the workshop for the entrance sign along University Avenue
and west of 142nd Street. Because the entire Council was not available for the
workshop, it was decided that both the horizontal entrance sign and the
vertical entrance sign (with one alternative) would be presented to the City
Council prior to approving the resolution.
