AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Change Order No. 2 to RW Excavating
Solutions, for the Sugar Creek Golf Course Water Supply Project increasing
the contract in the amount of $13.75.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 2 to RW Excavating Solutions in the
amount of $13.75 reflects final cleanup of quantities at the end of the project.
The amount listed above is the net dollar value of the adds and deducts.
Representative from Bolton & Menk and City Staff have reviewed the
quantities and find them to be accurate.

RE: Sugar Creek Municipal Golf Course Water Supply Project – Final Change Order
Dear Mr. Jermier:
Submitted for your approval is Change Order #2, the final change order for the Sugar Creek Golf Course
Water Supply project. Change Order #2 includes the final construction quantity adjustment required for
contract closeout. The approved contract value of $160,075.00 will be increased $13.75 for a total
contract value of $160,088.75. Please see the Change Order #2 for a full summary of the change items.
Bolton & Menk, Inc. recommends the approval of Change Order #2. Please let me know if you have any
