SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The owners of Tommy’s Car Wash have provided a new
Storm Water Detention Easement which reflects the stormwater basin as
proposed on the site plan for the property and would replace the easement that
is being vacated.

RESOLUTION 19-
APPROVING PUBLIC STORM WATER DETENTION EASEMENT ASSOCIATED
WITH LOT 3 OF WAUKEE MARKET PLACE PLAT 2 [TCW HOLDINGS LLC]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, a final plat has been approved for Waukee Market Place Plat 2; AND,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to acquire a storm water detention easement across Lot 3 of Waukee
Market Place Plat 2.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
20th day of May 2019, that it hereby approves the storm water detention easement across Lot 3
of Waukee Market Place Plat 2 owned by TCW Holdings, LLC.
