AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of a motion setting June 17, 2019 as the date of
public hearing on an ordinance to amend Chapter 301, Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 304, Site Plan Ordinance, and Chapter 305, Sign Ordinance, of the
City of Waukee, Iowa

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Staff is proposing a series of changes to the existing
zoning ordinance.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Staff would recommend approval of setting the public
hearing date for June 17, 2019 to discuss the proposed changes.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the motion.
