SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 4 to Air-Con Mechanical in the
amount of $33,516.43 is for the Library RTU Replacement Project that was
recently approved. The pay estimate relates to installation of the new exterior
ductwork, ductwork insulation, electrical connections and temperature control
components.

I have reviewed May’s application for payment from Air-Con Mechanical for the Waukee
Public Library RTU Replacement project.
Modus recommends accepting the amount of $33,516.43 submitted by Air-Con
Mechanical Corporation for payment of installation of the new exterior ductwork, ductwork
insulation, electrical connections and temperature control components.
