SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 3 to Ball Team, LLC in the amount
of $94,672.00 is for the Waukee City Hall Renovation Project that is currently
under construction. The pay estimate relates to general conditions, parking lot
improvements and work for the two new entrances.
