Solutions for the Sugar Creek Golf Course Water Supply Project in the

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: RW Excavating Solutions has completed the project and
there were no subcontractors on the project so there were no lien waivers
turned in.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:$8,004.44.

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the release of retainage to RW Excavating Solutions for the Sugar

completed and has been accepted by the City. The total amount of retainage for the project to be released
