SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Norm’s Pub will be located in the former Chops Old
Bank.

STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire, and Development Services Departments
have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at
this time.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the liquor license, pending proof of dram insurance.
