THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 19-
APPROVING PROPOSAL FROM MIDAMERICAN ENERGY COMPANY [NE
VENTURE DRIVE STREETLIGHT REPLACEMENT, WMIS #2762578]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee requested a proposal from MidAmerican Energy Company to
replace existing streetlights along a portion of NE Venture Drive west of N. Warrior Lane; AND,
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has reviewed the Streetlight Installation Agreement provided by
MidAmerican Energy Company and finds the agreement satisfactory.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council that the City of
Waukee hereby approves the Proposal from MidAmerican Energy Company [NE Venture Drive
Streetlight Replacement, WMIS #2762578].
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 15th day of July,
2019.
